WHO KNEW YOU WERE A LEADER???

You are a leader if you are influencing anyone. You may not think of yourself as a leader, but is there anyone, young or old, who is doing something because you are encouraging them?

Sometimes you can lead simply by setting the example. Begin by personally doing the things that will cause you to grow spiritually. Be consistent. People will notice a chance. When they do, speak up. Share some of the new things you are doing in a non-threatening conversation manner. Peak their curiosity. Then encourage them to try it themselves. Bam! You are a leader. Who knew!

People will begin doing things they would not have done without your belief in them, without your inspiration, and without your encouragement. There isn’t a person alive who doesn’t have a deep need to make a difference in the life of someone else. There is your purpose, right there! You are deeply loved by God and you are making a difference. That’s all anyone needs to be happy.

Get a word from God. Put it into practice in your own life. Then look for someone else to share it with. Give them some how-tos. Be positive. Be personal. Be practical. You might even want to begin to carry a briefcase!
